For this month’s Local Spotlight we’ve chosen a Bainbridge Island staple—Pegasus Coffee House. Since 1980, this local establishment has been serving tasty food, delicious coffee, and community love.

Plum is a unique, Asian-inspired boutique on Bainbridge Island, offering one-of-a-kind home décor, gifts, apparel and more.

Bainbridge Island gets a taste of Southeast Asia. Inspired by local ingredients and influenced by French and Southeast Asian cuisines, Ba Sa is now serving modern Vietnamese food.

Talk about seriously good eats. For this month’s local spotlight we had to feature Agate Restaurant—a must-visit dinner spot on the island.

Living on an island is pretty unique. With this uniqueness, comes a variety of shops that are truly one-of-a-kind. This month, we’ve selected Danger as our local spotlight. Danger is a specialty shop on the island offering an eclectic mix of art, locally made jewelry, home furnishings, cards, purses, and body products.

For this month’s local spotlight, we’ve decided to feature the beautiful Bainbridge Island Museum of Art (BIMA). Fortunately for us locals, BIMA is one of the first buildings to greet visitors from around the world as they step off the ferry onto our beautiful island.

BIMA’s mission is to inspire curiosity, wonder and understanding by connecting people with the contemporary art and craft of the Puget Sound region — and that’s exactly what they do.
