Party on Bainbridge Island!!!

Get ready....the party starts tomorrow morning and goes on nonstop until Tuesday. 

Tomorrow morning at 8:00 am sharp, the "doors" will open to the 57th Annual Rotary Auction and Rummage Sale. This is a HUGE yard sale that is mind blowing in not only size and variety but organization. Come for the people watching if nothing else! The sale ends at 2:00 pm and miraculously, all the cars and leftovers seem to disappear. This is an incredible endeavor put on my rotarians and volunteers across the island and truly is something to behold. You will no doubt leave with something - a kayak or a trinket, perhaps?

Next on the docket is Sunday's turn with Arts in the Park and Boater's Fair at Waterfront Park. Here you'll see local artists' fare on display to tempt your eyes.  

Are you ready for what's next? Stars and Strikes Old timers Alumni Baseball Game @ Bainbridge High School from 9-11 am then go home, get a nap and come back to town for the Street Dance!! That party starts at 6pm and will be going STRONG until 11:00. Look forward to great music, food and wonderful energy to kick off the weekend.

Last but not least is the 4th of July celebration in our own sweet downtown Bainbridge Island. We always celebrate with a parade, street fair, music, car show, food, music....the list goes on! The whole party ends with fireworks over Eagle Harbor at 10pm. Do come down and get a taste of what Bainbridge Island is all about.  This is something us islanders look forward to every year and is the official start to our summer! Happy 4th!
