Bainbridge Island Real Estate Market Glance

Real Estate on Bainbridge Island is in full Spring Bloom! On March 31 there were 147 active listings and on April 28th there were 201! That's an increase of 37%! We Realtors had been complaining that there wasn't enough inventory and boy, did we get our wish. But happily, pendings have increased as well. On March 31 there were 17 pendings and as of April 28th there are 41 total.  Another important indicator to watch is the listing to pending ratio and it has doubled in the last month, going from 11% to 20%.
