Extend the Day Rooftop Party.

As the temperature cools the music scene on Bainbridge Island is still as hot as ever.  Come along to this rooftop party atop of one of Bainbridge Islands newest buildings, July 19.  Amazing folk musicians will be serenading party goers into the sunset.  March to May (www.marchtomay.com) and Benjamin Doerr from St. Paul de Vence (http://www.stpaulband.com) will fill the air with soothing tunes as you drink on a cold refreshment and nibble on a light snack.  Another main focus for the evening will be Extend the Day (www.extendtheday.org) presenting and explaining a little bit on what's new. There is a new project just starting up in Kenya and we want to share how and what we are up to with that. There will be pictures and maps up so you can check it out yourself. This is a benefit concert.so most of the proceeds will be going to Extend the Day's lights and shipping costs for this project. Also if you are feeling more generous, there may be other opportunities for donations.
