Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty Now #7 Largest Real Estate Firm in Puget Sound

According to the Book of Lists published by the Puget Sound Business Journal, Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) is listed as the 7th largest residential real estate firm in the Puget Sound Area for total sales volume in 2012.  With $342 million in sales last year RSIR advanced four positions compared with 2011 when the firm was listed in 11th place with $187 million.  The growth of RSIR has been further noted by The Puget Sound Business Journal last year when it was acknowledged as the second fastest growing privately held companies in Washington.

“We’re obviously thrilled to be included amongst a peer group of such successful companies,” said Chad Zinda, Designated Broker for Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty.  “The accomplishment of our team of brokers is even more noteworthy considering we’re a boutique firm of just two offices and 50 brokers in 2012.  We’re very proud to have among the highest per-agent production ratios and among the highest average sales price in the marketplace close to $930,000.”

Zinda attributes the company’s success to a highly differentiated business model that fosters broker growth, a global network and local market expertise in both new construction and rebounding housing markets.  RSIR is currently ranked the top-selling in downtown Seattle and is ranked in fourth position in the Seattle Metro area for the first quarter of 2013 (less than $830,000 separates the prior two positions) in terms of total dollar volume.  On Bainbridge Island the trends are similar where RSIR is currently ranked in the second position for total sales volume in first quarter 2013 according to Trendgraphix and remains in 6th position for all of Kitsap County.

“Boutique is beautiful,” adds Zinda.  “Our brokerage firm is nimble and highly productive, which attracts like minded agents.  Our growth suggests we do not need a large volume of brokers to generate a significant sales result.”
