The class will help you prepare a crowd pleasing brunch that will eliminate holiday stress and have you enjoying a delicious start to the day with your family and friends.  With an eye to do ahead preparation, our chef will bolster your confidence, creating crepes both sweet and savory, elegant pinwheel pastries and crowd pleasing eggs florentine.  You will delight in the techniques that offer variety, short prep time and broad appeal.  The class costs $65.  Class is December 15 10am-12pm.

If your looking or something sweeter, try the Holiday Pie Baking class.  Learn the secrets of making flakey crusts for your holiday pies.  The chef will demonstrate different recipes to compare as you learn hands on - how to create three pies - a lattice topped fruit pie, a single crust sweet potato and pecan pie and a versatile blind baked pie crust with a homemade vanilla custard filling.  You will be able to use the techniques you learn in this class for pies of all seasons.  The cost of this class is $65.  December 14 10am-12pm.

Intentional Table is also a great place to find culinary delights that make great gifts.  Find that perfect cookbook or tempting bottle of wine. All the food products they carry are made by Northwest Artisans, almost all by Washingtonians and Oregonians, and about 25 percent come from Bainbridge Island.

What more could you ask for?  Make your holidays happy and stop by Intentional Table for a hand or some cheerful inspiration.
