Bainbridge Island Real Estate Update
Dare we say... it's a Seller's market?
April's list to pending ratios ended up showing that, for the first time in years, the overall Bainbridge Island Market is a "balanced market". In some price categories, it is even classified as a seller's market.
A buyer's market is categorized by a list to pending ratio of 0-45%, a balanced market is 45-55% and a sellers market is 55% or greater.
Inventory (listings) has been steadily declining while demand (pendings)has been rising.
As the chart above shows, several price points are in the "Red"- which in this case is a good thing! I watch the market very closely.
