Bainbridge Island Real Estate Market: March Madness is continuing through April

Last month's ending numbers showed a inventory of 200 homes and 44 pendings. As of today, there were only 184 single family homes for sale and 80 homes pending! That is a significant increase and certainly shows the Spring season is here and strong. Inventory is low (supply down! demand up!).
