Bainbridge Island Real Estate:Interest Rates Hit Historic Low

I am telling anyone who will listen that if you are even remotely considering purchasing a home, now is the time. I am amazed at how low rates have fallen. While the news about the credit rating down grade has shook up the stock market, it has had a positive effect on interest rates. In my 17 yrs of real estate, I have never witnessed rates this low. As of today you could get a conforming 30 yr fixed for 4.25%! So truly you need to get off the fence! Renters need to stop paying someone else's mortgage and start earning equity in their own. Most people don't realize how much home they could buy for less than what they are paying rent. Call me for more details!
